Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:

⚠️ Mandatory Condition:
An unboxing video is compulsory for any return request.
The unboxing video must:

Be recorded from package opening till full product reveal

Clearly show the shipping label

Be uncut and unedited
❌ Without an unboxing video, return or refund requests will not be accepted.
Return Timeframe

Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

Returns are accepted only after the product is delivered

Requests before delivery or without delivery confirmation will not be considered
Product Condition

Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will not be accepted if:

Unboxing video is not provided

Video is incomplete, edited, or unclear

Damage is due to customer misuse or handling

Return request is raised after the allowed time window
Refund Process

Once the return is approved and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be credited to the original prepaid payment method

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Order Cancellation
