Refund policy

At Liyaria, all orders are shipped after strict quality checks. Please read our return and refund terms carefully.

Prepaid Orders Only

  • All orders placed on Liyaria are prepaid

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product received is defective

  • The product received is incorrect (wrong item)

⚠️ Mandatory Condition:
An unboxing video is compulsory for any return request.

The unboxing video must:

  • Be recorded from package opening till full product reveal

  • Clearly show the shipping label

  • Be uncut and unedited

❌ Without an unboxing video, return or refund requests will not be accepted.

Return Timeframe

  • Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

  • Returns are accepted only after the product is delivered

  • Requests before delivery or without delivery confirmation will not be considered

Product Condition

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Unboxing video is not provided

  • Video is incomplete, edited, or unclear

  • Damage is due to customer misuse or handling

  • Return request is raised after the allowed time window

Refund Process

  • Once the return is approved and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original prepaid payment method

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
